Happy National Chocolate Day!🍫
If you’ve been visiting the last few weeks, you have noticed me complaining about how hard it’s been to find information about real art and artists. Search engines are definitely biased towards ai and shopping networks. Since today is National Chocolate Day, I thought I’d share some chocolate works of art instead.
Chocolatiers are like double geniuses, transforming chocolate into art is incredible display of skill and imagination that seems supernatural. If there weren’t videos showing how they create these amazing chocolate sculptures step by step, I’d call it all witchcraft.
Patrick Roger is an incredible artist and chocolatier in Paris.
