Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy Friday! Love always wins. Love is a winner and love is the only winner. Don’t hate. Protect your love.

Monthly Haiku Corner – February

Valentines is the epitome of an overcommercialized holiday. It imposes on parents, encourages sexual stereotypes, enables predatory behavior, and obstracizes the lonely, making them feel worse than they already do. Cue the horror fans, who have basically hijacked February to be our second Halloween. Nothing wrong with love, enjoy your flowers. My couples advice though, stay clear of small intimate restaurants next to dark alleys. This month’s theme is cannibals in love.

Happy Caturday – February

Okay, well our theme this February is love and death, but this wallpaper taken from wallpaperup.com is too cute to pass up for Caturday.

I cannot find artist information for this one. I absolutely believe in giving credit to these talented human beings, so if you know who created this wallpaper, please send me an email at Halloweenkristy@gmail.com or comment below with a link.

Happy Caturday – February 2021

It’s February and love is in the air or it could be gas from all the candy you’re eating.

In any event, why not give your valentine a gift they’ll truly treasure, like cool gothic art from Nina Friday.
